Easterseals Midwest is a growing, non- profit social services organization committed to leading the way to 100% equity, inclusion, and access for people with disabilities, families, and communities. Easterseals Midwest is the largest disability services provider in Missouri and is currently planning on expanding services in the Kansas City region. To support this growth, we are searching for an experienced candidate to fill our newly created role of VP of Clinical Services.
This position will be responsible for providing the leadership and oversight in the development of our new crisis services program and integrating clinical care across all service lines to ensure the consistency and quality of clinical outcomes. This position will provide input into the strategic planning process and ensure that program services are achieving the organization’s mission, vision, and goals. This position also ensures program services meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.
Other main responsibilities include: serving as a member of the Executive Leadership team; ensuring quality of programs through monitoring and oversight; establishing program metrics that reflect organizational objectives and priorities; hiring and developing your team and ensuring that team members understand their roles and are held accountable for objectives.
Our qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a master’s degree in psychology, social work, public health or applied behavior analysis preferred. We are looking for at least 5 years of management experience in the field and 7 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including crisis services and integrated supports. BCBA, LPC, LCSW or LPSY preferred. Experience managing and tracking budgetary information and working with state agencies required.
