First and foremost, we seek BCBAs who understand that development is multi-directional. In addition to delivering exceptional ABA services, we want team members who are also excited about developing RBTs and those aspiring to advance their careers in this industry. However, we also believe that our BCBAs deserve that same opportunity for growth and development. When you join our team, you'll be developed by your manager and the director. They'll walk with you on a regular basis to support your clinical, professional, and personal ambitions.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- 3-5 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Licensed in NC preferred.
