Easterseals UCP (ESUCP) seeks a Community Support Team (CST) Team Lead to provide within the context of the service definition, clinical guidance, and supervisory oversight to other clinicians on their team. Individuals may also provide direct interventions with persons served including psychotherapy, counseling, and coordination/development of the person-centered plan. Statesville is located only 40 minutes from Winston-Salem, NC.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Provides individual therapy for recipients served by the team.
- Designates the appropriate team staff so that specialized clinical expertise is applied as clinically indicated for each recipient.
- Provides and coordinates the assessment and reassessment of the recipient’s clinical needs.
- Provides clinical expertise and guidance to the CST members in the team’s interventions with the recipient.
- Determines team caseload by the level of acuity and the needs of the individual served.
- Facilitates weekly team meetings of the CST.
- Monitors and evaluates the services, interventions, and activities provided by the team.
- Coordinates 24/7/365 crisis coverage
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Provides clinical and administrative oversight to persons providing service per service description.
- Provides evaluative and coaching feedback to providers under supervision according to policy.
- Ensures compliance with evidence-based practice.
- Provides the clinical supervision of all members of the team for the provision of this service.
Requirements:
- Master’s Level and be a Licensed Professional who has the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served; OR a provisionally licensed or board-eligible Qualified Professional actively seeking licensure may serve as the team leader conditional upon being fully licensed within 30 months from the effective date of hire.
- Have one year of documented experience with the population to be served by disability group and age.
- Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry.
- Maintain valid insurance for personal vehicles utilized for work.
- Complete all required training within 90 days as required by the agency and service model.
