Job description:
- Washing, cutting, setting, and trimming vegetables, fruits, and meat items as required.
- Completing individual duties without interrupting the whole food production cycle.
- Attending to details to meet the internal sanitary standard.
- Preparing ingredients used in the production.
- Assisting in the transfer or withdraw various stocks, supplies, packaging materials, and food ingredients to and from the cold or dry storage.
- Maintaining clean working areas.
Qualifications:
- Able to work around machinery emitting heat of 350°F
- Has a “Food Handlers Card” or willing to obtain one prefer
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to work occasionally within environmental temperatures ranging from 32° to 50°F
- Able to frequently carry 25 lbs. objects
- Available to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends & holidays)
