Description



Established and reputable company currently hiring a talented, enthusiastic, driven, outgoing inbound representative to provide sales and follow up customer service to inbound requests. Training is provided to qualified applicants. Full time and part time positions are available. Base pay of $12/hr (plus structured commissions).


  • Answering inbound calls and emails.
  • Keep customer contact and records in CRM platform.
  • Reach out and follow up with guests filling inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Remain compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Continued contact and customer service up to arrival for reserved guests.


Requirements


  • The gift of gab
  • Excellent organization & phone skills
  • Ability to be social, positive and work well with other people.
  • Knowledge of the area and familiar with local and surrounding areas.
  • Keep up with a fast paced environments.
  • Remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Customer service experience
  • Sales experience is a plus.
