Priorities by Business
Pippin Hill key results are to implement the new level of marketing presence, as 2014 is a critical stabilized operating year, and will benefit from a new website and a sophisticated e-marketing plan that capitalizes on the multi-faceted products – Events, Wines, and our Food.
Zero George priorities are working with the new website - local content for expanding and refining the blog, packages, photo content, seasonal messaging.
Red Pump – opening months analysis of traffic, SEO, positioning, integration with Resy, set up of social media strategies, refining the blog.
Cannon Green – Direct event sales and marketing strategies and tactics, implementation of the PRPlan, pre-opening months analysis of traffic, SEO, positioning for events, defining the Café with integration with Resy set up of social media strategies
Manage the SEO program
Define, implement and measure Google ad words campaigns o Refine campaigns based on completion of set criteria -- defined ‘goals’ with measurable ROI analysis o Goal is to focus on growing organic search – much less dependency on paid search o Google Analytics review and Google strategies
Implement best practices in Social Media Marketing
- Cross platform content for Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, key travel sites – Trip Advisor. Specialized industry blogs – food & wine, travel, weddings o Inbound marketing – innovative content targeted to defined interests, enhanced with photos, video and designed to elicit response and referrals o Define and develop ‘call to action’ tactics – measure response and adjust strategy
- Cross market Cannon Green with Pippin Hill’s wedding contacts and media
- Twitter – cohesive strategy and content management.
- Reach out to wine & food enthusiasts to develop a following.
- Network development and mining for high-value followers.
- Goal is consistent and engaged interaction.
- YouTube – video marketing – shooting for virality. Optimize for social sharing and search o 30-60-90 second engagement
- Product information
- Behind the scenes with key personnel – interviews
- Promotional events
- Video news releases
- Keyword tags & titles, embeddable, post-x-platform, branded, linked
Website Management
- Assist with site enhancements and new content strategies – downloadable brochures
- Optimization of landing pages, working with Nancy
- Integration of FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram on landing pages
- Focus on highlighting press articles, photography, journals
- Blog Management – Creation of The Journal withdistinctive content platforms, based on each business products and services. Cross platform for the social media
Administer marketing database
- Manage the Newsletter program, including customer sign up programs – online and written sign up from businesses
- Administer the Mail Chimp database
- Work with Marketing Committee to gather monthly content for Newsletter
Marketing Budget
Administer the organization’s Marketing Operations budget for:
- Website development
- Graphic design elements
- Printed materials
- Sponsored promotional events
Job experience and training of the marketing team members
BS/BA in Marketing or related field marketing experience at a small to midsize professional services organization experience with new media and web design
detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environmentEntrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
