Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Device Manufacturing Operator for our 12-hour rotating night shifts. This temp-to-hire position provides a pathway to a rewarding and stable career in a dynamic work environment. Join a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manual Inspection: Examine completed plastic parts, ensuring adherence to visual attributes and quality standards.
- Packing Expertise: Skillfully pack inspected products into boxes for shipment, seal boxes, print labels, and stack them on pallets.
- Safe Operations: Operate machinery securely, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- In-Process Inspection: Conduct frequent visual examinations of products, addressing discoloration, shorts, burns, and other attributes.
- Data Recording: Document essential information related to product performance and duties as required by management.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare products for shipping, including proper weighing, labeling using SAP, and arranging containers for transportation.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep production and packing areas clean and orderly.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in manual inspection processes.
- Record-Keeping: Proficient in recording and documenting essential data.
- Rotating Nights: Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating night shifts.
