What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Inspector position at Eastridge?
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring multiple QA Inspectors for a client that produces one third of the world's laptop computers in Fremont, CA. For immediate consideration, apply today.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect line returned materials per required documentation.
- Identify/segregate defective raw materials.
- Complete inspection record.
- Relocate defective material to the designated area.
- Cooperation with other departments for material return to supplier.
- Cooperation with MC, PMC and SQE in any quality issue.
- Update and improve RTV procedures and documents to make RTV process more efficient.
- Maintain MQC/RTV database for accuracy and create MQC reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of computer peripherals.
- Knowledge of the operation of precision measuring tools necessary for inspection.
- High School or equivalent degree.
- One (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimal exposure to electronic components, hand tools, lifting on regular basis of 5 to 50 lbs.
