The Design Center Administrator will work alongside our Design Center Manager and Design Center Specialist before, during and after the design selection process- aiding in preparation for, conducting and finalizing customer selection appointments. The Design Center Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appearance of our award-winning Showroom. This position will be the “Shadow” of the design team so an open mind and dynamic interest of the business are a must.
Design Center Administrator Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage customer relation emails
- Prepare pre and post appointment paperwork for Design Center Specialist
- Work alongside the Design Center Specialist to participate in customer-facing virtual and/or showroom appointments, delivering 100% customer satisfaction
- Facilitate selection paperwork for Feature Homes
- Cross-check selections for completion and accuracy
- Procure, maintain and integrate (new) showroom samples- both physical samples and on virtual platforms
- Provide internal support for our Community Builders, New Home Specialists, Purchasing and Estimating Team and Vendor Partners

Design Center Administrator Qualifications:
- Ability to read house blue prints
- Energetic, Self-Motivator
- Detail oriented
- Ability to visualize and verbally express that vision to your audience
- Process oriented
- Great listener
- Solid computer system comprehension and usage
- Previous experience in Home Building Industry is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Ability to work a minimum five day; 40-hour work week
- Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
