Safety
- Responsible for the safety and leadership of all shift personnel across multi-shift and multi-plant facility.
Quality
- Quality ownership and adherence to customer specifications, SQF and ISO9001 standards and GMP’s.
- Strong problem solving skills (containment and permanent corrective actions).
- Contribute to the development of the business to deliver stable products and processes.
Productivity
- Analysis of labor efficiencies and proper labor allocation to meet demand.
- Monitoring equipment utilization, scheduling and material flow.
- Assisting in development and execution of annual cost reduction programs through improved production methods, equipment performance and quality standards.
- Raw Material and Finished Good Inventory Accuracy, through proper transactions in IQMS
- Maintain operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Organizes inventory levels in coordination with Supply Chain, Transportation and Sales.
- Manage regrind process and work with Supply Chain to optimize sale of regrind

- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or 5-10 years of related business experience, or equivalent combination education and experience.
- Manufacturing ERP background, experience with IQMS a plus
- Experience collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting complex data to drive business decisions
- Strong skills with SQL and Crystal Reports required
- Experience with ODBC connections and MS Excel
- Project management and/or change management experience a plus
- Experience with Oracle databases a plus
- Proven and demonstrated data analysis skills using tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, BI and/or SQL relational databases; ability to create and maintain high quality business reports and charts
