Job Description We are looking for a qualified, organized, highly efficient Production Manager to lead the manufacturing team and process. In this critical leadership role, you will plan, organize, and implement strategies that ensure the finished product is delivered successfully in terms of quality and throughput standards. You should enjoy working in a smaller environment, as we are a team-oriented company that believes that our team members working effectively together produce the best results. Our ideal candidate is an experienced proactive professional with solid knowledge of manufacturing best practices, business best practices, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production team and day-to-day production activities
- Work with internal company teams to schedule production team functions in support of customer shipping expectations
- Continuously evaluate each station of production process to maintain optimum efficiency
- Coordinate with Quality Manager in areas such as process improvement, quality resolution, and employee training needs
- Hire and train new production employees as needed
- Maintain and enforce all safety policies on the production floor
- Demonstrate and enforce all company policies
- Facilitate team participation
- Prepare and distribute production reports routinely, and monitor to ensure we are meeting timeline requirements for order shipments
- Work effectively in a collaborative fashion with all company team members on daily functions and company/team goals, and actively strive to improve processes and create efficiencies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
