Overview:
Finance Specialist supports existing EasyCare partner dealerships, including managing performance improvement and guiding key relationships. The position also carries growth expectations, which are accomplished by helping expand current dealerships productivity and revenue, along with adding new opportunities to the territory footprint. With the right work and achievement, this position can be a proving ground to become a higher-level Sales leader within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Dealership Performance (90%):
- Operate in Finance and Insurance retail role effectively
- Effectively demonstrate the EasyCare F&I process
- Provide F&I development and support to assigned dealerships
- Train new F&I Managers and sales staff on the benefits, solutions, and process for EasyCare products
- Fill in as F&I Manager when help is needed and assist with CITs and money due
- Support field management on assignments with current clients and prospective clients
- Build relationships with employees in all positions in the dealership to help others achieve success
- Complete knowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observance of unique dealership guidelines
- Assist with new account kickoffs
- Assist our clients with their business needs
- Utilization of all EasyCare reporting and training tools
- Extensive territory travel required, 80% daily travel required, including some overnight and possible weekends
New Opportunities:
- Effectively secure referrals and enhance professional network
- Document required activity in SalesForce daily
Requirements:
- Previous F&I, Automotive Sales, B2B experience in the automotive industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Must have a verifiable track record of above industry averages in product sales and PVR in previous F&I position
- Proven problem solving skills
- Experience training small to medium size groups, especially dealership personnel
- Broad knowledge of retail automotive finance laws and regulations
- Proven relationship building skills
- Effective Time Management
- Highly ambitious, ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce
- Demonstrates propensity for continual learning
- Must be able to work independently and show good business judgement, including refraining from making promises that have not been previously approved by the company
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a comprehensive background check
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods of the day. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time.
