Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Implementation Analyst to join our team as we seek to build a stronger foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of critical thinking and tactical, field based execution experience who will support field sales teams, as well as represent the team with internal functional groups. This role will support and implement new master agency and office launches across, complete sales reporting/analysis, and forecast materials needed for the sales teams. This role will coordinate with Gen Mobile cross-functional teams to develop assets for field execution and coordinate market optimization efforts.
In this role, you will:
- Report to the Head of Sales - ACP/Lifeline and coordinate with other ACP/Lifeline team members on the strategy for products and launches to achieve Gen Mobile OKRs & KPIs
- Assist in building sales processes and procedures, and tools for field sales teams and implement their utilization by field sales teams and master agency offices
- Represent the ACP/Lifeline team with Gen Mobile HQ to ensure team’s needs are supported while supporting the needs of other cross functional teams
- Analyze field sales activity to maximize opportunities and identify areas of improvement needed
- Coordinate with Sales Implementation Manager(s) and ACP Operations and Implementation Manager(s) supporting needs of master agency offices, attending weekly calls and, if needed, in-person meetings with master agencies and their offices
- Oversee sales order process and maintenance within company systems, building upon existing framework and improving processes and procedures
- Track shipments to distributors and teams, including returned shipments and claims
- Travel to examine processes and observe sales behaviors to improve sales and drive growth
- Address agency and field concerns, issues, escalations, inquiries, and ensuring timely resolutions
- Conduct regular project status updates, presentations, and reports to keep ACP/Lifeline Team informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with multiple departments at all levels to continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, workflows, and tools to drive operational efficiency.

Sales Implementation Analyst candidates possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience (or equivalent combination) preferred
- One year of experience in a sales or operations support capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience (field sales preferred);
- Demonstrated knowledge of wireless products or services (lifeline preferred);
- Ability to travel across the country on an as needed basis;
- Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
- Experience using CRM and database systems and analytics tools (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $66,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
