Salesforce Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for build and run operations associated with campaign management data store and data flows
• Responsible for data integrations into Salesforce core, data modelling, identity resolution and segmentation for omni channel projects and capability requirements
• Closely partners with IT Business Partnering, IT Service Integration and Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment
• Closely align with Business capability leads on marketing campaign strategy, define campaign goals and data requirements
• Quality Assurance end to end to ensure all strategic requirements and data quality are considered as per standards
• Follow the best practices for data integrations, campaign data modelling, identity resolution and segmentations
• Assists in developing strategic and collaborative partnerships with vendors and service providers and other IT functions
• Assist in defining 3-year digital capability roadmaps in line with business roadmap & enterprise architecture strategy, focusing on speed, quality, & cost
• Provides technical thought leadership and negotiates technical solutions with business areas

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing marketing applications on Salesforce core and Customer Data Platform
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Data management solution using Salesforce Core, Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Website/CRM Integration
• Background working in or with a regulated industry. BioPharma is a plus.
• Understanding of infrastructure setups and managing deployments ranging with varying complexities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build strong partnerships with business capability managers, IT colleagues, external technology partners and service providers
• Ability to apply technical solutions to business processes and implement defined business logics
• Demonstrated understanding of best practices in development and building of application driving standards and quality
• Experience with application maintenance and support as well as troubleshooting application, integrations, and data related issues

• Experience with creating business process flows, application workflows and architectural diagrams
• Knowledgeable with Project Security Reviews, Application Vulnerability Assessments, Data Privacy Reviews and Data Privacy policy

Technical Skills Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce solution architect including detailed understanding of Salesforce core and integrated application architecture
• Hands on experience with design, development and delivery of solution on Salesforce Core and Customer data Platform involving integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms
• Expertise in standard Salesforce configuration that include custom objects, workflow rules, page layouts, Record Types, Approval Processes, Assignment rules, Validation rules, bulk Triggers
• Experience with Developer toolkit including Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL to develop custom business logic
• Experience in building reusable UI components and pages with Lightning component framework
• Experience in working Shield Platform Encryption
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, API, Platform events and web platforms
• Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud automation studio, contact builder and journey builder
• Experience with Own Backup for backup and data archival is plus
• Working knowledge with One Trust consent management, CRM platforms like Veeva is a plus
• Experience with service support ticketing and configuration management such as JIRA and ServiceNow

Salary: $24.75 - $29.81 per hour
