Senior UX Designer

About the role: EasyPost is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for all aspects of user experience, including but not limited to user research, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, and iterating in a highly dynamic agile development environment. If you enjoy working in start-ups and can thrive in an autonomous work environment, then we would love to meet you!    What You Will Do: o Work closely with product owners and fellow designers to drive compelling user experiences across multiple platforms and customer segments o Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes o Identify UX inefficiencies and leverage data to support proposed improvements o Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to existing and new functions and features. o Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs o Ensure the design vision is executed accurately during the development process.
