Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer is one that is constantly wanting to learn and expand upon their skill set, knowing that the income and opportunities given will be in direct proportion to the value they bring to the company. This position's work will have a direct impact on the growth of the company, as well as impact the success of every other person within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Leadership: Establish and continue to evolve a Strategic Marketing Plan that aligns with the company’s long- term vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
2. Marketing Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day marketing of the department, ensuring efficient marketing practices are achieving the company functional goals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across all departments and functional roles, promoting a unified approach to achieving company objectives. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and resolve cross functional challenges.
4. External Relations & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, partners and industry leaders. Represent the company in external forums, conferences and negotiations.
6. Resource Allocation: Effective resource management allocating resources to support various initiatives while maintaining financial discipline with creation and managing company profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
-Five to 10 years of experience in a CMO position
-Real estate or real estate Marketing experience preferred.
-Proven In-depth experience in marketing roles to achieve excellence and innovation for the company.
-Strategic Thinking with the ability to envision and articulate a clear long-term strategy for the company and align all functions toward its achievements
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to hire and mentor a high-performing team. Promoting collaboration and synergy among different departments and functional roles
-Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing effective solutions. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Highly organized with excellent time management skills. -Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Benefits:
$175,000-180,000 base salary
