Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for identifying and developing talent, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective talent programs for employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with our business objectives and support employee growth
- Conduct regular talent reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and make adjustments as needed
- Works independently to oversee and execute all aspects of the recruiting process. Researches and develops unique sourcing strategies, independently evaluates candidates, selects candidates for advancement in hiring process, coordinates interviews, and manages candidate experience and follow-up
- Monitor and maintain compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements
- Partner with multiple leadership teams as well as the HR Business Partners and Head of Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive strategy for current and upcoming openings
- Perform frequent interviews with passive candidates to build a strong external candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify talent development needs and create tailored development plans for employees
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to successfully implement development plans
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to earn, trust, and build networks among Eataly’s corporate leadership and store operations teams
- Supports hiring for upcoming new store openings
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant, high volume talent acquisition experience
- Prior Talent Development experience
- Prior experience with/exposure to high-volume operations; restaurant/hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs ideally within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and the unique talent development needs of the industry
- Responsiveness to urgent business needs and requests
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Additional Information:
- Availability to travel to existing and new Eataly locations up to 40% of the time
The annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000
