JOB OVERVIEW
The Grocery Lead serves as the liaison between the stock team members and grocery management. Reports to the Grocery Manager.
· Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery section is working according to Eataly’s standards
· Evaluates grocery needs and inventory, as well as receives requisitions from other departments to place orders
· Collaborates with the communications department to ensure displays have proper signage
· Records and emails daily shift notes
· Performs other duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 6 months of experience in a grocery or retail stock position
· Great written and verbal communication skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
