Position Overview:
The primary function of this position is to develop, consolidate, and maintain the tracking and reporting of critical Supply Chain metrics related to inventory, purchasing and scheduling and production order management. This position will assume full ownership of the analytical processes within the department and will drive improvements within the supply chain. This position will also report out on metrics that will be used to improve decision making and further optimize prioritizations within the Supply Chain team leading to the improved allocation of resources

In this function you will:
- Develop, track and report out on key supply chain metrics related to
- Projected material shortages
- PO exception messages in SAP
- PO Acknowledgements
- Aged and Past due purchase orders
- COGIS errors in SAP
- Material shortages and root cause analysis by value stream
- OH Inventory and DOH
- Cost out
- Coordinate weekly staff meeting with Supply Chain leadership team to report out on analysis
- Drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for improvement within the Supply Chain team and providing recommendations
- SAP material coding activities
- Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned
- Complete other projects as assigned

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business field from an accredited university
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Two years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Two years of experience in Supply Chain
- SAP experience
- CPIM Certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
