Eaton’s Vehicle Division is currently seeking a Lead Customer Support member to join our team. This position is based at our Galesburg, MI location.
Position Overview: The primary function of the Lead Customer Support role is to Support the warranty administrative adjudication process. The warranty support area administers/processes customer warranty claims. Provides technical failure analysis to Product Engineering. Provides guidance to members of Warranty team as required. Assumes ownership of customer facing responsibilities

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
- 1 year of Warranty Administration Experience
- 1 year of Call Center Experience in Auto Industry
- No sponsorship is available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field or 3 to 5 years of experience in, or strong knowledge of, heavy-duty truck or automotive drivetrain systems and/or components.
- Strong understanding of repair strategies and related processing in Roadranger Warranty System (RWS). Basic understanding of the OEM and dealer claim filing processes.
- Good understanding of driveline functionality and components.
- Proficient failure analysis skills.
- Basic analytical skills
Position Criteria:
- Obtain and deploy warranty administrative policies.
- Usage of Warranty tools
- Failure analysis and communication.
- Mentors others in transfer of warranty and failure analysis knowledge
- Leads team to accomplish daily tasks and records/monitors performance metrics
- Manages customer relationships
