Eaton’s Power Reliability division is currently seeking a Lead HR Generalist to join our team. This position is based at our facility in Dacono, CO which is our Innovative Switchgear Solutions (ISG) Business. ISG is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of mid-range switchgear and components for utility markets.

Position Overview:
This is a split role that will provide HR support for the ISG business as well as the Power Reliability (PRD) and Power Delivery and Regulation (PDRD) Divisions. The Lead HR Generalist is the sole HR representative onsite at the Dacono manufacturing facility.
This role will support the execution of Human Resources functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, communications, compensation, employee development, and HR strategic projects for the ISG site; in addition to supporting various division HR projects and generalist activities.

In this function you will:
- Lead the HR function and partner with the site's extended leadership team as the sole HRBP onsite for the Innovative Switchgear Solutions manufacturing facility. You will drive positive employee relations, coach leaders, support talent development, deploy HR policies, and promote key business objectives.
- Lead and/or support division projects aligned with HR strategic priorities, in addition to providing HRBP support to assigned division employee groups.
- Provide HR support as assigned to other sites due to project or personnel need.
- Coach managers and employees in applying HR tools to improve organizational performance and drive accountability through employee engagement and manager effectiveness.
- Develop and execute a robust employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy in support of the ISG site and division talent goals, focusing on attracting and retaining talent in both production and professional roles. You will manage and optimize recruiting channels and technologies to support talent acquisition for both internal and external hiring, including promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.
- Foster a culture of inclusion & diversity and drive employee engagement, which will include guiding employee-led committees and Inclusion ERGs.

The Power Reliability and Power Delivery and Regulation Divisions within Eaton are headquartered in Waukesha, WI and serve customers in the commercial, utility, mining, industrial and manufacturing, renewable energy and other markets. Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or two (2) years of Human Resources experience with a master’s degree
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working in a matrix organization
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or MBA
