Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Rakuten Rewards is currently in search of an Associate Marketing Manager working out of our Bay Area or New York Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various duties including account management for merchant partnerships, coordinating media placements, and operational support to the email and push marketing teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Site Operations, Sales, and Digital Strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain account relationships with merchant partners for email and push.
Coordinate with Creative team and business contacts to manage assets for email and push campaigns.
Support email and push calendar through use of project tracking software.
Manage inventory for email and push placements.
Own communication of processes and guidelines for scheduling and segmentation of media placements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
A general understanding of Mobile Apps and Email Marketing platforms
Experience working with Salesforce preferred
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1 years marketing experience
