Major Goals/Responsibilities
- Process in-house equipment lease credit applications promptly.
- Ensure compliance by reviewing and verifying lease agreements and related documents.
- Calculate and process lease approvals, agreement addendums, and supplements. Review and calculate totals for equipment buyouts and upgrades.
- Maintain lease databases, including entering new leases, updating existing ones, and managing upgrades and closures.
- Review established leases to ensure accurate customer billing and correct information entry.
- Respond to internal and external leasing questions, and provide feedback to management.
- Process monthly invoice summaries and manage customer mailings of lease documents and invoices.
- Review and ensure leasing programs, procedures, and documents are current and accurate.

Background
- Experience in finance, lending, credit analysis, data reconciliation, accounting, underwriting, or administrative functions.
- Knowledge of leasing processes is advantageous.
