Job Description
The Cybersecurity Portfolio Business Analyst function supports the strategic alignment required to enable client's strategic objectives while delivering Cybersecurity program objectives that protect the business and enable continued growth. To accomplish this, ongoing flexibility to analyze financial aspects of the Cybersecurity portfolio across the global enterprise is critical. We are searching for a Business Analyst with financial acumen to join our team. Prior experience building tools and templates necessary to analyze portfolio, program, and project financial health is ideal for this role.
Cybersecurity Portfolio Business Analyst (need only W2 consultant)

Responsibilities.
- Work with Cybersecurity leaders to maintain existing and create new tools and templates used to analyze the financial health of the program.
- Create and report on the rollup view of the CapEx budget and spending.
- Review and assess CapEx spending with Cybersecurity Directors and Managers.
- Collaborate closely with FP&A to support financial reporting improvements.
- Verify allocations, rates, end dates, timesheets, and contracts for all current FTEs and Contractors.
- Identify risks related to time reporting inconsistencies and anomalies and work closely with the Manager or Project Manager to manage the risk.
- Model funding allocations to receive the best outcome for the portfolio budget.
- Support Cybersecurity leaders with financial aspects of their portfolio.
- Experience developing analysis tools within Excel and other tools to support portfolio analysis.
- Strong process coordination skills including scoping, standardization, prioritization, and risk/issues communication.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with tight delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with technology leaders and stakeholders.
- Very well organized, detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and problem-solver.
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills – both with internal stakeholders across all levels and with external vendors.
- Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI, and other tools to produce accurate analysis.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 3 years of combined hands-on execution of portfolio analysis.
