What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern – Treasury and Risk position at ECC?
ECC is seeking local candidates for a Treasury and Risk Intern position for the spring / summer at our corporate office in Burlingame, CA. Candidates should be working towards an Accounting / Finance degree – preferably in their Junior or Senior year. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours with the possibility of working full time hours. The internship is for the summer months but ECC welcomes candidates who want to start earlier (March to August). This position will work a hybrid schedule with in office work on Tuesday and Thursday.
As an Intern, this position will report directly to the CFO and is responsible for performing the following duties.

- Treasury and Legal coordination of legal entity tracking
- Harbor Compliance (US State compliance vendor) Portal monitoring
- Cash flow forecast support
- Valuation support
- Insurance renewal support
- Tax compliance support
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills)
- Education - High school diploma and must be currently enrolled as a second, third, or fourth year student in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business.
