What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Business Analyst position at ECCO Select?
- Hybrid role in Jefferson City, MO – 2-3 days in office
- This is a salaried role working~32 hours a week – this could flex up to 36 hours
Ideal candidate – Management consulting experience (2-5 years) – IV&V experience a plus
Position Title: IV&V Analyst

Location: Jefferson City, MO – Hybrid schedule Likely 50-75% on-site
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides independent oversight during the planning, design and implementation of public sector IT solutions using knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Supports a team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
- Conducts review and provides comments of State and vendor deliverables.
- Provides expert knowledge in one or more areas of the SDLC, such as program/project management, requirements development, software development, testing, or implementation.
- Manages relationships with project staff responsible for projects.
- Produces regular biweekly status reports, as well as, ad hoc reports as needed.
- Collaborates with the project team on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
- Contributes to and/or authors IV&V project deliverables.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally at the State level (Local government, federal, or commercial is acceptable)
- A proven ability to interface with resources, management teams and stakeholders on a regular basis to gather information, build relationships, and resolve issues.
- Prior IV&V experience is nice to have - not required
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and be comfortable working with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
