ECE Substitutes, Inc. is actively recruiting Full-Time, Part-Time, and temporary teachers for summer. We will work around your summer schedule.
The Early Childhood Teacher collaborates with the preschool team and families in educating children with an emphasis on cognition, behavior, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with team to plan, supervise, and implement developmentally appropriate experiences for the class according to the principles and philosophy of the school.
- Create a learning environment that provides for emotional, cognitive, social, and physical growth in children
- Communicate regularly with parents through daily interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of Early Childhood Classroom experience is a must.
- ECE Education and/or ECE Units (preferred)
- Substitutes must be sensitive in communicating with others and be able to relate professionally with children and adults.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to meet the employment requirements of the licensing agency including clear background check and Live Scan fingerprinting.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience and educational training.
