- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients or visitors
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role preferred
- Proficient in computerized office systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
