Echodyne is seeking a marketing generalist to join the marketing team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting sales enablement, digital and field marketing activities that serve distinct markets. The successful candidate will contribute energy in pursuit of difficult to reach and opaque markets with significant geographic variability. As an early contributor on a multiple products/multiple markets team, you will contribute to a high growth marketing team and take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Directly contribute to the successful execution of sales enablement, digital marketing, co-marketing, and event planning activities.
Required skills / experience:
- Unafraid of novel technologies and ease in engaging with unique audiences (experience with radar, aerospace, or other niche technical manufacturing a bonus).
- Experience contributing to marketing activities: ensuring Sales teams have the collateral and resources needed to be successful, contributing to customer database management, scheduling and preparing for events, executing social media posts, and supporting other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Experience with marketing customer resource management systems (HubSpot skills a plus).
- Experience maintaining event calendars, and scheduling and hosting digital events (Zoom or MS Teams a plus).
- Robust communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Deadline driven.
Desired skills / experience (looking for one or more as a compliment to the core skills):
- Experience creating graphics, social media content, spec sheets and the like is a plus.
- Works well with direction and takes ownership initiative.
- Unafraid to share opinions openly; we value having multiple perspectives and transparency.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting and directly contributing to internal (corporate) and external (B2B) marketing owned activities.
- Demonstratable success managing multiple projects at once and collaborating with others to create and deliver an engaging customer experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic and international.
