In the Brand Manager role, you will be responsible for driving each client’s digital marketing program with efficient, effective, and comprehensive marketing strategy, seeking to achieve an engaged client relationship throughout the lifetime of the partnership. You’ll be collaborating closely with the echogravity CMO and delivery team to ensure successful execution of defined quarterly roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
Point of Contact
- Act as primary point of contact with client stakeholders, building and sustaining engaged relationship.
- Stay up to date with changes and trends in the client’s business and industry, continually asking strategic questions to stay informed and act proactively.
Client Marketing Strategy
- Own top-level marketing strategy, with input from echogravity CMO, playing a key role in the client discovery intake process in order to clearly define marketing goals and campaigns.
- In collaboration with delivery team, develop a client marketing playbook that documents comprehensive marketing strategy, benchmark metrics, and tactical direction for all elements of the marketing program (content, SEO, social, email/automation, ads, etc.).
- Build quarterly roadmap in alignment with key marketing goals, planning specific campaigns and associated deliverables within structured timelines.
- Collaborate as needed with delivery team to ideate on planned campaigns and deliverables.
- Navigate client needs proactively, adjusting roadmap accordingly while setting appropriate expectations with the client.
Project Management
- Import and integrate the roadmap into project management tool, managing and coordinating timelines and estimated time, tasks and tasklists, workflows, priorities, and status updates.
- Efficiently update PM tool as timelines shift or new client tasks are added.
- Keep a pulse on project budgets, communicating with delivery team as needed to ensure estimated hours are accurate and deadlines are being met.
Proactive Communication
- Maintain regular communication with echogravity team members, to ensure accountability and transparency, scheduling and running internal calls and debriefs as needed.
- Schedule and run client status calls, proactively setting the agenda and sending actionable recaps.
Reporting
- In collaboration with the echogravity Marketing Technologist, assist in gathering data and custom reports in order to analyze marketing performance.
- In collaboration with echogravity CMO, run reporting call to present performance metrics to the client on a quarterly basis.
- Based on recent performance, establish action items, tweak goals as needed, and use insight to inform the next quarterly roadmap.
