Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our operations and is designed for a proactive leader who can oversee daily business functions, manage remote teams, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure that all departments are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, particularly within a remote work environment.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments, identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.
- Key focus on operational implementation on meeting established plans and goals.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes and procedures to optimize workflows and improve operational consistency.
- Evaluate and enhance operational systems, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage remote employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure that goals are met across departments.
- Provide regular feedback to teams and individuals to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and maintain high standards of quality.
- Monitor and manage compliance-related risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Evaluate and improve customer retention strategies and overall client satisfaction.
- Oversee client interactions, ensuring effective service delivery both before and after sales.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions and maintaining productivity.
- Develop contingency plans to manage unforeseen challenges.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the company.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and open communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a real estate or development company.
- Experience managing remote teams is highly desirable.
