Position Summary
Provides administrative, logistics and communications support for face-to-face and online programs, including: the application process, registrations, order management, workshop and webinar logistics and preparation, travel, accommodations, catering, business development, invoicing, payment of reimbursements and stipends, reporting and digital marketing for the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) and the Nielsen Center.
Essential Functions (other non-essential duties may be assigned)
- Assists with pre-, during- and post-program logistics, such as processing applications, registrations and certifications, communications with workshop participants and other support staff to coordinate travel, hotel reservations and catering, tracking participant assignments, packing and shipping program materials, printing materials and binding feedback reports, coordinating workshop assessment materials, and general conference support.
- Processes invoices, reimbursements, compensation, and budget reports.
- Processes and fulfills client orders.
- Tracks and updates product inventory as well as supplies, materials and other support resources for hosting workshops and conferences.
- Maintains client databases and participant spreadsheets, performs daily data entry and ensures data accuracy.
- Responds in writing and verbally to leads, client needs, program staff, coaches and faculty in a timely and professional manner.
- Serves as an LDI Leadership Portal technical liaison for practitioners and participants.
- Supports marketing and communications efforts, such as email campaigns, coordinating events and tradeshows, updating websites, creating social media posts and building digital newsletters.
- Creates and updates user manuals documenting various processes related to order and program management and digital marketing projects.

- Knowledge of and skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Frequently required to remain stationary and perform work on a computer or mobile device.
- Frequently required to communicate with others via email, video conferencing, chat applications, social media, and/or telephone.
- Occasionally required to move or transport up to 25 pounds.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) plus 1-2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, making payments, tracking expenses, and organizing basic administrative financial tasks. Experience using Mailchimp, WordPress, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hootsuite, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn is preferred.
The equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
