Position Overview:

• The Senior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.).
• This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision.
• The Senior Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems.
• Ensures Business Systems Analysis (BSA) work products conform to quality and content standards.
• This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.

 
Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Business Process and Requirements Elicitation, MS Visio, Requirements Analysis and User Stories 
• Active Listening, organizational skills, Requirements elicitation and Documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work on highly complex projects with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with Agile and scrum concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience

 
Required Skills:

• Experience with Agile Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Business Process and Requirements Elicitation and Documentation, MS Visio, Requirements Analysis and User Stories, Active Listening, organizational skills
• Excellent professional, detail-oriented written and verbal attestation, Ability to multitask and work on highly complex projects with a positive attitude Familiarity with Agile and scrum concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience Ability to facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions

 
Desired Skills:

• Financial, Information Technology, Workforce management and Payroll Processing are a plus

• Skill Cellular Device Type: Business Analysis & Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
