Role Description
This is a full-time role for an IT Managed Services Account Leader. The Account Leader will be responsible for supervising team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Given our size and nimble nature, be expected to be hands on with client's IT. This means answer support requests, installing firewalls, removing viruses, and serving as the virtual CIO to area clients most ranging in size from 10-65 end users.
As we continue to grow in the region, the Account Leader will need to be both a leader, mentor, and implementer of technology solutions. This is a hands on role! Remote help desk workers need not apply.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Training, and Communication skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in IT implementations, networking, and management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 2 years of work experience with Supervisory Skills
- 5 years of work experience with IT Service Management
