On-Site Manager

Eclipse Advantage is looking for an Onsite Manager who will be tasked with recruiting and managing our employees for our OnTime Staffing division at our client facility in Fredericksburg, PA. Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Provide strategic direction for client account growth and fulfillment through anticipation and planning for challenges and opportunities to site.
• Act as the main point of contact for client of Onsite location. Establish a good working relationship with key decision makers.
• Achieve hiring objectives of client, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate database.
• Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting metrics and deliver to onsite client and corporate office.
• Follow client specific hiring requirements (drug screening, background checks, skills’ testing, etc.)
• Audit new hire paperwork. Conduct weekly payroll processing, track attendance and occurrences of the associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and counsel associates, when needed. Manage all associates performance related information.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections of clients’ environments, manage and enforce all safety policies and procedures of corporate and client. Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent market knowledge of the local Fredericksburg area.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred.
• 2-5 years of Staffing industry experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of Client Engagement experience preferred.
• 2 years of Warehouse/Manufacturing Management experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
• Strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by upper management.
