Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Director who will enjoy being surrounded by the vehicles of the future and contributing to an innovative, forward-thinking operation.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling high-volume operations, managing challenge credit, working with lenders, forging new lender relationships, and working with customers to ensure a great customer satisfaction profitably.

This role demands someone who thrives under pressure but also values a great work environment and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of our retail operation, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Manage high-volume financial operations efficiently.
• Handle challenging credit situations and work closely with lenders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new lenders.
• Implement and oversee financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with the management team to support overall business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

• Extensive experience in high-volume finance operations within the automotive industry.
