Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling high-volume operations, managing challenge credit, working with lenders, forging new lender relationships, and working with customers to ensure a great customer satisfaction profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of our retail operation, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Manage high-volume financial operations efficiently.
- Handle challenging credit situations and work closely with lenders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new lenders.
- Implement and oversee financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with the management team to support overall business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

- Extensive experience in high-volume finance operations within the automotive industry.
