What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate HRIS Analyst position at Ecolab?
Ecolab is seeking a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst to be a key member of our Workday Support team. The position will be primarily responsible for Workday system administration and troubleshooting. This role will provide subject matter expertise to our global HR customer base enabling accurate best practice use of our solution. Role can be located in St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL.
What will do:
Provide Tier 1 Support for our global HR customer base providing system administration processes including Supervisory organizational administration, identifying and scheduling reports, maintenance of critical structures within Workday
Provide guidance and active support to troubleshoot issues
Provide guidance on best practice use and capability of Ecolab’s Workday solution.
Manage support requests from our HR customers using our Workday Case Management solution.
Manage own cases and prioritization to maximize effectiveness and efficiency and ensure that we resolve, inform and educate and provide high level of service to our HR customers.
Work within governance framework to resolve or escalate support requests as appropriate
Identify opportunities and act to continuously improve resource materials, procedures and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Business or Industrial Relations
2 years experience in a Workday systems role providing user support or from an HR background with an aptitude for technology.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer focus and service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong focus providing consistent and measurable service and driving high standards of response to customer support request.
Knowledge of human resource practices and processes preferred.
Ability to think laterally to determine root cause and optimum solutions
Proven ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy
Work independently and demonstrate the ability to prioritize, plan and deliver agreed goals.
Work in a team demonstrating active collaboration and support to achieve team goals.
Proven relationship management skills with the ability to interact successfully with all departments and levels
Enjoys the challenge of analyzing the cause of issues to ensure that the correct solution is presented
Strong attention to detail
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
