What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Logistics position at Ecolab?

We are seeking at Regional Logistics Director with the ability to strategically lead multiple locations to deliver Safety, Service and Savings while driving agenda and improving team engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for multiple sites to achieve annual goals, for 3-5 or more locations.
- Ensure safety program is in place for 3-5 buildings, delivering world class results.
- Develop plan to ensure customer experience is improved delivering 95% DIFOT for customers.
- Deliver financial plan for region, achieving a better CPK and manage a $20-40M Budget.
- Develop Managers and Supervisors to enable growth and build supply chain excellence.
- Set engagement strategy for 120-300 Team members.
- Support Sales partners for 23-40% of Chemical Sales for Legacy Ecolab.
- Manage 3PL Relationship setting agenda, expectation and KPI adherence goals to ensure world class results.
- Manage capital budget for 3-5 facilities ensuring compliance, and timelines are adhered to on al all capital expenditures.
- Engage and drive continuous improvement initiatives at all buildings to remove losses.
- Institute a TPM Culture to improve Safety, efficiencies, safety and 5S environment.
- Champion of Change Management, and experience with Start Ups.
- Ensure inventory accuracy maintained above 99.5% Net and processes in place to maintain a high level of bin accuracy
- Approach opportunities with a data-based mentality to understand root causes and improve results
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 years of Logistics experience. Ideal candidate will have good experience and results in driving quality practices.
- Experience leading multiple warehouses is preferred.
- Experience managing 3PL partnership to drive results.
- 3-5 years process improvement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Experience preferred.
- Expertise in warehouse operations and productivity initiatives.
- Expertise in Logistics automation solutions a benefit.
- TPM and/or Six Sigma black belt experience preferred.
