The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of about 26 people
- Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles.
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
- Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
- Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
- Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
- Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.

- This position is located in Lithia Springs Plant
- Must be within commutable distance to 120 Interstate West Parkway #100 Lithia Springs, GA 30122
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree
- Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience in production supervision
- Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment
- TPM experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with SAP
