Power Plant operation and maintenance of:
- 5000 HP Rolls Royse Gas Turbine Engine
- 13KV Generator
- 650 PSI Heat Reclaim Boiler
- 150 PSI Boiler (2)
- Air Compressors (3)
- R & D, DI Regeneration System
- Water Softener System
- Fire Pumps, Distribution equipment and monitoring equipment.
- Johnson Controls Building Monitoring/Control System
- Emergency Generators
- Forklift Equipment
- 1000 Ton Trane Absorption Chiller (2)
- 1000 Ton Carrier Centrifugal Chiller
- Condenser Water Cooling Towers
- 13,000 V Switch Gear
- Nalco 3D Trasor units (3)
- Data Center BAC Cooling System
Additional Requirements:
- Snow Removal Equipment (including 2-yard bucket End loader)
- Complete Confined Space and Hazmat Training
- Conduct chemical analysis on various equipment/water.
- Compete Basic Electrical Training
- Complete First Aid/CPR/AED Training
- Perform Basic Mechanical and Plumbing Repair
- Knowledge of computer systems including Outlook
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Position Details:
- Plant location: Naperville, IL
- Work week and shift: Must be able to work any of the three assigned shifts: Midnight to 8:30am, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or 4:00pm to 12:30am. Work week is either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
- Compensation package offered: $34 / hour
- Overtime may be required to assure staffing.
- Some holiday work is required.
