Job Responsibilities
- Lead task-based usability research
- Collect and synthesis VOC to establish user needs
- Plan and lead design thinking workshops
- Ability to create interactive design prototypes in Figma, Axure, HTML/JS/CSS, or other tools
- Responsible for the interaction design of assigned features – leading elicitation and readying annotated prototypes
- Work with scrum team to design new features and enhanced functionality for Pest Service iOS App
- Develop and maintain an organized asset library to streamline design workflows and ensure consistency across projects
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, useability testing, and data analysis
Required Skills
- Minimum of five (5) combined years of working experience in user experience design or interaction design with experiences in designing solutions for desktop, web and/or applications on a variety of platforms
- Proven experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Strong ability to design, execute, and analyze task-based usability studies and other user research methods
- Ability to create interactive design prototypes in Figma, Axure, HTML/JS/CSS, or other tools
- Experience designing interactions for native applications for iOS and Android
Preferred Skills
- Experience with creating personas, user journey maps, and other deliverables that communicate research findings
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Education/Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), interaction design, user experience design, visual design, or industrial design.
