Job Description:

Ecology Mir Group is a defense contracting firm specializing in logistics and ammunitions. We have been around since 2012 and have been very successful in the contracting field thus leading us to expand. Our company is expanding to offer more logistic services, and we’re looking for a quality assurance representative to assist as a logistics coordinator. Our office is located in Fairfax, VA. Our company culture is very modern with open work spaces and an enjoyable environment. We are seeking not only experienced representatives, but also those new to the workforce whom are driven and creative! A quality assurance representative is responsible for ensuring that the contracts run smoothly and assist with any needs of our end users. The Quality Assurance representative will work with the Sales team to prepare proposals for Federal Contracts and oversee technical and logistical aspects of ongoing contracts. A successful representative will be a self-starter, organized, and innovative. Specific duties of a quality assurance representative include: overseeing the entire contract process, finding out and solving any issues that may arise, working closely with the sales representative to execute contracts, build relationships with the end users, and assist other departments with needs related to said contract.

This representative will be working with internal and external personnel and must be personable and able to communicate verbally and via email in a professional manner.

Quality Assurance Representative Responsibilities:

- Act as the point of contact for vendors and Government personnel on behalf of Ecology Mir Group
- Track deliveries, rentals, events, etc.
- Coordinate multiple projects and objectives at the same time
- Collaborate with Sales team members to write proposals for a range of industry needs

Quality Assurance Requirements:

- Ability to complete complex tasks quickly and react appropriately to situations
- Skills: Interpersonal, organizational, communication, time-management, problem-solving
- Must be able to meet hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
