What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities/Base Camp Master Planning and Program Management Assistant position at Ecompex?

Position Description:

COVID-19 policy for Executive Order for all Federal Contractors requiring either vaccination or exemption.

Facilities/Base Camp Master Planning and Program Management Assistant providing support to the Government client at Shaw AFB, SC.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • SECRET clearance
  • Four (4) years of directly related experience in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Travel is required for this position

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge within three (3) years of the Base Camp Development Planning (BCDP) process and analytical tools and software for facility requirements development, general site planning, compliance standards, area development, Base Life Support (BLS), general airfield planning, design guide and programming, and drainage planning, maintaining base camp development plans, base defense, and base cleanup and closure.
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access), and SIPR Access. Army Facilities Component System (AFCS), Joint Construction Management System (JCMS) and/or Automated Civil Engineer System Database (ACES) experience required.
