What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Econo Lodge?
We are looking for a part time front desk agent to start soon. The job will be 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - switching Sunday for Thursday is possible), and about 8 hours per shift for a total of 25 hrs a week. The shift would typically start at 3 PM and would end around 11 PM.
Prior experience is not needed
The Front Desk Agent role will consist of:
- Checking guests in/out
- Answering the phone in a courteous manner, taking reservations over the phone, answering any questions that a guest may have
- Resolving guest issues and ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service
- Fixing any small inconveniences (tripped breaker, resetting wifi)
- Responding to questions about motel services, amenities, and policies
- Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions
We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
