Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain tidy and organized front desk area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Perform clerical duties such as cleaning desk area, attentive to guest even though need to step out of desk, addressing guest concern and good with computer skill.
- Coordinate projects as assigned
- Utilize computer skills for various tasks
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
- Experience with front desk operations is a plus
- Clerical skills for administrative tasks
