The Shield Co. provides comprehensive solutions for pest-free living. We are currently hiring for a Junior Systems Administrator (JrSysAdmin) to join our team at our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ. The JrSysAdmin will use problem-solving and people skills to handle our internal teams’ technology-related inquiries and requests. The responsibilities of the role will include providing basic end-user technology support as well as completing administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
What will I be doing in this position?
The Junior Systems Administrator will use problem-solving and people skills to handle our internal teams’ technology-related inquiries and requests. S/he must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must possess or be willing to learn a variety of systems and technologies. The responsibilities of the role will include providing basic end-user technology support as well as completing administrative tasks as needed.
- Act as an intermediary between local managers and technology vendors to ensure timely order placement and delivery tracking
- Assist local managers in workstation setup
- Manage VoIP phone installation
- Act as the O365 administrator while possessing working knowledge of MS Office Suite and providing appropriate support
- Configure MS SharePoint security profiles
- Provide technical support for desktop and mobile devices
- Assist with the maintenance of support systems, asset logs, and reporting
- Place and track orders for marketing materials
- Maintain general administrative shared inbox
- Assist with other administrative and operations tasks as needed

Qualifications
Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Competency in MS Office Suite
- Associates degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Administrative or customer support experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
