We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our staff and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
- Manage calendars and schedules for assigned staff, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and occasionally travel arrangements.
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Handle data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks, such as preparing meeting materials, managing supplies, and coordinating events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a professional office setting or comparable education.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
