What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Support Analyst III position at ECS_FEDERAL?
ECS is seeking a Business Support Analyst III to work in our Memphis, TN office.
Responsibilities:
- Performs review, analysis, and evaluation of business and technical support requirements for the suite of products and services available to business mailers.
- Serve as an escalation point for USPS Mailing and Solutions Center (MSSC) and Mailing Requirements Clerks (MRC).
- Serve as subject matter expert and triage for account creation, problem analysis, documentation, and resolution of customer issues for all application interfaces associated with business mail applications and services, including PostalOne!®, Business Customer Gateway, Customer Registration, Mailer Identification, Program Registration, and related applications.
- Liaison Assist creating and maintaining all department metrics reports.
- Liaison between MSSC/MRC agents and the software development team.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all process flows and Standard Operating Procedures for all PostalOne!® program requirements and functions.
- Work independently and collaborate with team to resolve complex customer issues not defined in process flows.
- Contribute to daily huddles and periodic retrospectives.
- Assist in the development and training of staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- US citizen or Green Card Holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or 10 years experience with PostalOne!®
- Advanced proficiency in support of Mail.dat, Mail.xml.
- Advanced proficiency in support of the Enterprise Payment System, Streamlined Acceptance, Mailer Scorecard, and the MDR Client.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word required.
- Experience in software problem analysis and resolution desired.
- Work independently with very limited supervision on complicated tasks required.
- Strong interpersonal and professional oral and written communication skills.
- Able to direct team members in methods of technical problem resolution.
- Degree of creativity in improving existing processes is expected.
- Able to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with MS Access, postage statements, electronic mailing documentation and database concepts a plus.
