Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited HS or GED Program
- Degrees and certifications preferred, not required.
- Logical troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership abilities and/or experience.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and self-taught.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks - including, but not limited to Microsoft operating systems, Apple operating systems, Chrome operating systems, software, and networks.
- Knowledge of software and software install and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of computer peripherals, including printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask.
- Organizational skills in regards to inventory and item location.
- Remote software management.
- Chromebook Active Directory Knowledge
- 2 years of experience in computer support or related field.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, replace parts, setup and move systems and printers as required
- Install and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems.
- Imaging / OS deployment; Interactive whiteboard support.
- Projectors support and routine maintenance.
- Basic network troubleshooting and support
- Work documentation and inventory, records keeping.
- Teamwork, participation in projects as required.
- Verbal and written communication with I.T. personnel and ECISD staff.
- Identify and provide solutions based on staff input.
- Inventory control of campus technology
- Working directly with Campus Administration on day to day needs.
- Support of Student one-to-one devices including signing out devices and upkeep of devices needing repair.
- Support of testing environment and program updates and patches.
- Campus Chrome Admin Console Support.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
