Overview
Ecumen Seasons at Maplewood is hiring a Sales Specialist. Ecumen Seasons at Maplewood consists of 120 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 30 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services.
- Full-Time; 80 hours/pay period
- Monday-Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Occasional weekend leader on duty
- Paid holidays off!

Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist is responsible for partnering with the community Senior Living Consultant to meet occupancy and revenue goals. This position is directly responsible for day-to-day sales operations, lead and prospect cultivation and conversion, and move-in coordination.

Essential Job Responsibilities include:
Qualifications
Sales Specialist
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years in Sales and Marketing and/or healthcare related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations including able to work irregular hours, attend meetings and special events.
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Experience with sales and marketing software
- Experience working with Seniors
